We brought Maddy home on Tuesday afternoon, August 9th! We couldn't wait to bring her home, although Julia was still nervous leaving the nurses and being by ourselves!
During the hospital stay, Maddy lost almost a pound! By the time we left, she had regained some weight (7 pounds 2 ounces) but was still so tiny!
The first day and night by ourselves took some getting used to....
But we made it through the night just fine!!! Even got to Maddy's first doctor's appointment the next morning (at 9:30am) on time!
